1.Yiziphi izinto ozisebenzisayo?


Sisebenzisa imishini ehlukahlukene yezinsimbi namapulasitiki okuhlanganisa i-aluminium (6061, 5052), insimbi engagqwali (304, 316), insimbi yekhabhoni, ithusi, ithusi, izinsimbi zamathuluzi, kanye nepulasitiki yobunjiniyela (i-Delrin/Acetal, i-Nylon, i-PTFE, i-PEEK). 2.Yikuphi ukubekezelelana nokunemba ongakufinyelela?

3.Yimaphi amafomethi nolwazi oludingayo ukuze uthole ikhotheshini?


Amafomethi e-3D akhethwayo: STEP, IGES, Parasolid, SolidWorks. 2D: DXF noma PDF. Faka ubuningi, izinto/ibanga, ukubekezelelana okudingekayo, ukuqeda kwendawo, kanye nanoma yiziphi izinqubo ezikhethekile (ukwelashwa kokushisa, ukucwebezela, ukuhlanganiswa) ukuze uthole isilinganiso esinembile.


 


4.Yikuphi ukuqedwa kwendawo kanye nemisebenzi yesibili enikunikezayo?


Izinsizakalo ezijwayelekile nezikhethekile zifaka phakathi i-anodizing, i-black oxide, i-plating (i-zinc, i-nickel), i-passivation, i-powder coating, i-polishing, i-bead blasting, ukwelashwa kokushisa, ukuthepha/ukugoqa intambo, ukugoqa, kanye nokuhlanganisa. Singakwazi ukuhlanganisa imisebenzi yesibili emsebenzini wokukhiqiza ngokwezidingo zakho.


 


5.Zithini izikhathi zakho zokuhola kanye nobuningi be-oda elincane (i-MOQ)?


Izikhathi zokulethwa zincike ebunzimeni kanye nobuningi. Amabanga ajwayelekile: ama-prototype/amasampula angawodwa — izinsuku ezimbalwa kuya emavikini ama-2; ukukhiqizwa — amasonto angu-1–4. I-MOQ iyahlukahluka ngokwengxenye nangenqubo; sivame ukusingatha ama-prototypes angama-single kanye nokuqhutshwa okuncane kuze kufike kuma-oda amaningi — sitshele inani lakho kanye nesikhathi sokugcina sesikhathi esithile.


 


6.Uqinisekisa kanjani ikhwalithi yezingxenye kanye nezitifiketi?


Sisebenzisa amathuluzi okulinganisa alinganisiwe (i-CMM, ama-caliper, ama-micrometer, abahloli bokurhabaxa kobuso) futhi silandela izinhlelo zokuhlola ezifana nokuhlolwa kwesihloko sokuqala (i-FAI) kanye nokuhlolwa kobukhulu obuyi-100% uma kudingeka. Singahlinzeka ngezitifiketi zezinto (ama-MTR), imibiko yokuhlola, futhi sisebenze ngaphansi kwezinhlelo zekhwalithi (isb., i-ISO 9001) — sicacise izitifiketi ezidingekayo uma sicela ikhotheshini.
